BLUEGRASS PICKIN'S
and FIDDLE CONTEST
July 25, 26 & 27, 2008
Bluegrass bands will be featured on stage Friday and Saturday evenings. Most of Saturday will be devoted to our Texas-style fiddle contest which will feature a "Championship Playoff" this year. We'll have special Bluegrass music during the lunch break. We're planning morning workshops - Banjo and Bass - and our ever-popular kids funshops with storytellers in the afternoon. Sunday morning we will gather for our grass chapel followed by morning Gospel sets and an afternoon bluegrass set finishing up with a pot-luck lunch. Folks are welcome to stick around and jam for the remainder of the day.

MONDAY NIGHT MUSIC WORKSHOPS
Workshops are currently on summer vacation so we can all find our favorite places to jam with folks. We will announce at a later date the time and location when workshops restart in the fall. We welcome all acoustic instruments, all ages and all levels of playing ability. If you are just beginning to play, come and we will help you to learn. If you are an expert, please come and help us to learn. "Won'tcha come out and play?"
